Red squirrels of Scotland

Red squirrels have been spotted in areas of Aberdeen and other parts of Scotland where they have been absent for many years, according to the Scottish Wildlife Trust. The trust attributes the success to efforts made to halt the spread of grey squirrels and the squirrelpox virus.
