Anyone been on one of these?

Foraging weekends, was reviewed in the Grauniad in a typically wishy-washy manner but looks like it could be fun http://www.tastethewild.co.uk/

Sounds interesting. I might have a look and see if they do anything near us (we're close to the main road to N Yorks.)

Hi,

I've heard that 'Foraging and Gathering' is a good to check out -www.foragingandgathering.co.uk

Here's a list of wild foods that can be found whist foraging- http://www.foragingandgathering.co.uk/wildfood.htm
The wild foraging course looks really good and a friend of mine has been, so check it out.

The Mendip area is a great place for foraging- http://www.walkthemendips.com/wildfood.htm- here you can forage and have a cook up of all you've found.

Hope this helps!
