Basic needs of garden birds

See Chorlton Patch Wildlife Observer Post at :

It is important to meet the basic needs of birds that visit our gardens all year round.
In order to do this we need to supply them with:
A place to nest (where they can lay their eggs and raise their young)
A place to roost (sometimes birds use the nest boxes over the Winter to shelter)
A variety of food in a variety of feeders (nuts, sunflower hearts, fat/suet, meal worms, niger seed, mixed seed, bits of apple etc)
Water to drink and have a bath in.

I captured a variety of birds using the bird bath last Summer and made a short video set to music...
