The last week has been exceptional; regular forays around various local sites revealing a number of treasures. This is an account of yet more local sightings, including encounters with owls, migrating wildfowl and amorous frogs. :D

Walking the coast road

The floodgates are opening, at long last

The avian floodgates are opening it seems with myriad treasures observed around the local area in the last few days. Crane, Spoonbill, Red Kite, Yellow Wagtail and Red-Rumped Swallow foremost among them. Northumberland, or Southern Spain? Purple Heron next please... :D
