Postby CommonByNature » Fri Mar 17, 2017 11:01 am

The last week has been exceptional; regular forays around various local sites revealing a number of treasures. This is an account of yet more local sightings, including encounters with owls, migrating wildfowl and amorous frogs. :D

The floodgates are opening, at long last

Postby CommonByNature » Tue Apr 11, 2017 8:31 pm

The avian floodgates are opening it seems with myriad treasures observed around the local area in the last few days. Crane, Spoonbill, Red Kite, Yellow Wagtail and Red-Rumped Swallow foremost among them. Northumberland, or Southern Spain? Purple Heron next please... :D
