Hi dear,
Following are the best foods for losing the weight.
Fresh fruits specially apple, citric fruits, orange, grapefruit, lemon, melon.
Raw vegetables especially broccoli, pumpkin, turnip, carrot, and cucumber.
Green beans.
Nuts.
Green tea.
and fish oil.
