Graeme Andrews Wildlife Blog

Postby Graeme.Andrews.27146 » Mon Mar 02, 2015 10:33 am

Having grown up in a farming family, Wildlife has been a major influence to me. After buying a DSLR 3 years ago, a chance encounter 2 years ago started my journey into wildlife photography. The following blog is of this time when it all started. In the 35 years at the time I have lived at this house never once had a Barn Owl ever been seen hunting around the field that backs onto our garden.

This is my first ever blog to tell this story of the Barn Owl and that of the beginnings of my journey into wildlife photography.

My next blog is now published. It documents my first visit to Elmley Marshes Reserve in 2013 with photos of a female Sparrowhawk hunting down Dunlin.

My next blog is now available on my take of the regular birds that visit my garden. I set up a perch above the feeder station and the blog shows what I had captured on the perch.
