Hi everyone!

I'd like to introduce my little labour of love incidentalnaturalist.com

I grew up in the UK and have been fortunate enough to travel to some far flung places. This blog is where I share a monthly article about my wildlife experiences on my travels. The January article is about a very cute creature that nibbles its way through the parks and gardens of Panama:

Here is a delightful bird from America. The East coast could have been torn from the UK coastline. The stunning Red-winged Blackbird seems to be evolutionary colision between the Reed Bunting and Blackbird, with a high-viz splash:
