My final blog post before 30 days wild came out yesterday.
It's a pretty long one (but with a lot of photos) about the incredible experience I had at the BTOs Birdcamp this year.
Highlights include MOTH TRAPPING, RUFOUS CUCKOOS and RINGING NIGHTJARS!

Thanks, hope you enjoy

Hi everyone
I've started blogging for the Wildlife Trust's #30 Days Wild campaign.
Here is my first blog post: Watching Nightjars.
I was incredibly fortunate last night to get some footage of Nightjars having a territorial dispute while it was still light - a very rare occurrence.

Have a look here: http://www.kneedeepinnature.co.uk/30-days-wild-day-1/

Sorry it's been a while since I last posted - I've been away on some courses.
Here is a short blog post I did for National Badger Week:

Latest blog post is up, focusing on the science behind a tiny, actually quite cute little spider, which has some extraordinary abilities... Includes a video!
