Me too although I'm a bit perplexed by the "Login" button on the homepage I thought that as the same as the forum login.

I did post this in the Podcast forum but can you download and save the podcast to your computer for playback on an MP3 player?

The new forum is great. Much better then the last one.
But now we cannot see any of the avatars and signatures.

Go to the User Control Panel at the top left of the page and you can put avatars and signatures on there.

This is as much as I know, basically file size is the amount of memory a file takes up on your computer. Sizes vary from kilobytes upto gigabytes. 1000kb = 1mb (megabyte), 1000mb = 1gb. So for the avatar it has to be very small. I did it through Windows Picture Manager where you can resize the image and it shows you how large the file will be.

hope this helps.

p.s. this is about as far as my knowledge on the inner workings of computers goes ;) .
