what is a podcast?

I'm only 20 years old so I'm one of the digital generation yet I have no Idea what these podcasts are. Help please......
The past is just that, the past. Today is what matters.

It's a programme to download for playing on a Ipod hence Podcast. Should play on most MP3 players.

p.s. I'm 40 & still remember Space Invaders (pre Playstation era).

You should be able to find it in iTunes, which is free to download and comes with iPod. Just type in BBC Wildlife to the search bar of the store and Roberts your mothers brother.

Pross1 Space Invaders was cool, but Donkey Kong was better [:D]
I'd agree with you, but then we'd both be wrong.

I'm more than twice your age and have less of a notion of what podcasts are than you.

Whenever I see the word "podcast" all I can think of is 2001 and "Open the pod bay door, Hal."[:D][:D][:D]
"I'm not gonna stay out in the open and get attacked by more animals. I'm too old to die!"

Pac Man knocked both of those into a cocked hat!
