Wildflowers field guide

Postby cabbage » Wed May 18, 2011 5:05 pm

I've got the Collins Scottish Wild Flowers guide and while its pretty good I find it a bit difficult to use for id'ing things in the field.

Anyone got any other suggestions? Ideally I think I'd like one that organises the flowers by colour or petal structure or something rather than by name or family. It can be difficult when you don't have the first idea what the flower you're looking at is to trawl through the whole book trying to find it.
