Win a two-night stay at Dorset’s hidden gem terms and conditions 

1. Promoter: Immediate Media Company Bristol Limited.

2. The BBC Code of Conduct for competitions can be found at and all BBC-branded magazines comply with the Code.

3. The first entry with the correct answer drawn at random after the closing date will win the two night stay for one winner, plus one guest aged 18 or over.

4. The holiday is subject to availability and must be taken outside of bank holidays and school holidays.

5. The prize must be taken by 21 December 2018.

6. No cash alternative is available.

7. Only one entry per household.

8. The competition is open to all residents of the UK, including the Channel Islands, aged 18 years or older, except employees or contractors of Immediate Media or Knoll House and anyone connected with the promotion or their direct family members.

9. Closing date for entries is 11.59pm on 30 April 2018.

10. The prize includes a restaurant dinner for two (food only) on the first night and a champagne afternoon tea for two in the bistro on the second day. 

11. By entering a competition, the participants agree: to be bound by these terms and conditions; that their surname and county of residence may be released if they win a prize; and that should they win the competition, their name and likeness may be used for pre-arranged promotional purposes.

12. Entrants should follow the instructions for the competition carefully in order to enter and can enter via the website. Entries received after the specified closing date and time will not be considered, and cannot be returned.

13. The Promoter does not accept any responsibility for lost, delayed or fraudulent entries.

14. Entrants must supply their full name, postal address and daytime telephone number. We will use entrants’ personal details in accordance with the Immediate Media Privacy Policy.

15. Our decision as to the winner is final and no correspondence relating to a competition will be entered. The name and county of residence of the winner will be available by sending an SAE to BBC Wildlife Magazine, Immediate Media, 9th Floor, Tower House, Fairfax Street, Bristol, BS1 3BN within three months of the closing date of the promotion.

16. We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions or to cancel, alter or amend a competition at any stage, if deemed necessary in its opinion, or if circumstances arise outside its control.

17. If we cannot reach you, or if we have not received a response within 2 working days of the initial date of contact. Failure to claim the prize will result in a new winner being randomly drawn.

18. We exclude liability to the full extent permitted by law for any loss, damage or injury occurring to the participant arising from his or her entry into a competition or occurring to the winner arising from his or her acceptance of a prize.

19. The competitions are subject to the laws of England.
