How to make berry jam
- 500g Mixed seasonal berries
- 300g Sugar
- 1 ½tbsp Lemon juice
- STEP 1
Place the berries in a large saucepan, bring slowly to boiling point and then simmer for 5 minutes.
- STEP 2
Add in the sugar, stir and leave to simmer for 10–15 minutes. Remove the pan from the heat and stir in the lemon juice.
- STEP 3
Pour the jam into sterilized jars and seal with a lid. Leave to set and cool.
