Win a luxury stay at Dormy House Hotel & Spa in the Cotswolds terms and conditions

  1. Promoter: Immediate Media Company Bristol Limited.

  3. The competition is open to residents of the UK (including the Channel Islands), except employees or contractors of Immediate Media or The Dormy House Hotel & Spa and anyone connected with the promotion or their direct family members.
  4. By entering a competition, the participants agree: to be bound by these terms and conditions; that their surname and county of residence may be released if they win a prize; and that should they win the competition, their name and likeness may be used for pre-arranged promotional purposes.
  5. Closing date for entries is 23.59pm on 13 February 2020.
  6. Entrants should follow the instructions for the competition carefully in order to enter and can enter via the website. Entries received after the specified closing date and time will not be considered, and cannot be returned.
  7. The Promoter does not accept any responsibility for lost, delayed or fraudulent entries.
  8. Entrants must supply their full name and email address. We will use entrants’ personal details in accordance with the Immediate Media Privacy Policy.
  9. Only one entry per household.
  10. Over 18s only.
  11. The first entry with the correct answer drawn at random after the closing date will win the hotel break for one winner, plus one guest aged 18 or over.
  12. Winner of the prize is required to book the hotel stay within six months of being informed. Prize is valid Sunday to Thursday, excluding 14–16 February 2020, 9–12 March 2020 and 10–13 April 2020, and is subject to availability.
  13. No cash alternative is available.
  14. Travel is not included. This includes travel to and from the hotel and to and from attractions during the stay.
  15. Our decision as to the winner is final and no correspondence relating to a competition will be entered into. The name and county of residence of the winner will be available by sending an SAE to BBC Wildlife, Immediate Media, Eagle House, Colston Avenue, Bristol, BS1 4ST within three months of the closing date of the promotion. The Promoter will contact the winners before releasing this information and provide the winners the opportunity to object or limit the amount of information shared.
  16. We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions or to cancel, alter or amend a competition at any stage, if deemed necessary in its opinion, or if circumstances arise outside its control.
  17. If we cannot reach you, or if we have not received a response within 28 days of the initial date of contact, the prize will be offered to the runner-up. Failure to claim the prize will also result in the prize being offered to the runner-up. The winner will be notified within 28 days of the close of the promotion by email.
  18. The Promoter may share the details of the winner with the prize provider for the purposes of fulfilling the prize.
  19. We exclude liability to the full extent permitted by law for any loss, damage or injury occurring to the participant arising from his or her entry into a competition or occurring to the winner arising from his or her acceptance of a prize.
  20. The competitions are subject to the laws of England.
