Great white sharks are the ultimate ocean predators. These massive fish can reach up 6m in length (20ft) and weigh more than 2,000kg. Yet despite their size, great whites possess incredible agility and can leap high out of the water in an epic move known as a 'breach'.
How high can they go? Up to 3m (10ft) in the air, which is about the height of a school bus. They perform this incredible jump whilst hunting seals, using muscle and speed to propel their bodies towards their prey before clearing the water.
This slow-motion video reveals just how powerful and majestic great white sharks are.
