Fans of the original trilogy will be particularly excited to hear that the film, directed by Gareth Edwards and produced by Steven Spielberg, is harkening back to its original roots.
What is the plot of Jurassic World Rebirth?
The plot of Jurassic World Rebirth focuses on covert operations specialist Zora Bennett (played by Scarlett Johansson) who has been recruited to lead a team with Duncan Kincaid (Mahershala Ali) and palaeontologist Dr. Henry Loomis (Jonathan Bailey).
Their mission is to reach the island research facility for the original Jurassic Park and secure dinosaur DNA, which will ultimately provide life-saving treatment for humankind. However, it quickly becomes clear that the team are in far more danger than first thought. The events take place five years after Jurassic World Dominion, where dinosaurs and humans began to live alongside each other.
